CALL TO ORDER Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Council President - Chad Graham: Present Council Member - Kari Gabriel: Present Council Member - Sandy Carlson: Present Council Member - Sid Daoud: Present Council Member - Ryan Hunter: Present Council Member - Sam Nunnelly: Absent Council Member - Jessica Dahlman: Present Council Member - Jed Fisher: Present Mayor - Mark Johnson: Present City staff present included City Manager Doug Russell, Deputy City Clerk Judi Funk, Fire Chief Dan Pearce, and Police Chief Jordan Venezio. B. DISCUSSION 1. Community Education Component for Potential Safety Lever City Manager Doug Russell began the presentation. 00:08:03 Councilor Dahlman began questions. Mark Rold, Public Comment Mr. Rold of 704 61h Avenue West, spoke regarding speeding problems he is seeing on the west side since the completion of the bypass and asked for traffic mitigation. D. 00:37:53 CITY MANAGER, COUNCIL, AND MAYOR REPORTS City Manager Russell spoke on items that are coming up at future meetings and noted that the League of Cities is looking at a dues increase and discussion will be held during the League conference next week. Mayor Johnson spoke regarding the public comment received regarding speeding on 7th Avenue West. E.
