HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Flathead Warming center’s bond will be released. Games N Taps is waiting for a paver. Nothing new regarding Sunrift’s letter of credit. OLD BUSINESS: RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works has comments out. Pre-treatment has comments out since June.
Chris Becker from R. Porch Construction advised that landscaping plans will be submitted next week and will follow up with pre-treatment. R. Porch discussed their build plan with the committee. This will be on the agenda next week. Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Public Works and Building sent comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Spring Creek Park Bldg 1 – Three Mile Dr– new apartment building – Public Works has comments out. Planning advised that this has not been through Architecture Review. This will be on the agenda next week. Final Plat still needs to be obtained.
NEW BUSINESS:
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – ILC Lofts – 185 Crestline Ave. – Rory Young from Jackola presented preliminary plans and would like feedback from the Fire Department. He also discussed sewer service, stormwater retention, the
trash enclosure, lot coverage, parking, TIS, and fire hydrants with the committee.
