PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that Meadows Edge Phase 3 has paid. OLD BUSINESS: RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works sent comments out on 9/7. Pre-Treatment has comments out. Parks is working with them on their landscaping and irrigation plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Plan Review has this in their queue. Public Works has in review. Pre-Treatment is in review. Planning advised that they received the architectural review submittal. This will be on the agenda next week.

OTHER ITEMS: Laird Noller – The committee discussed the path location (ROW or on the property). Parks will send
them an email advising them that the committee needs a preliminary design in order to make a decision.
