Award Contract for Auditing Services m-.a 07:02:32 PM (00:03:27) This item considers awarding a contract for financial auditing services to Eide Bailly LLP for fiscal years 2023-2025. City Manager Russell gave a staff report and answered questions. Public Comment Mayor Johnson opened public comment. Seeing none, he closed public comment. L CITY MANAGER, COUNCIL, AND MAYOR REPORTS (No Action) 07:06:11 PM 00:07:06 City Manager Russell spoke regarding a housekeeping Budget Amendment regarding money from an Old School Station reserve transfer that was used on the Parkline Trail and that needs to be transferred back to the General Fund. He stated a Resolution of Intent will be presented on October 2 and a public hearing should be held on October 16, at which time council should also take action on the item. Councilor Graham spoke regarding the fact that there is misinformation in the community regarding Impact Fees and that he is planning on pushing back on anything incorrect that he hears. He gave the Junegrass Place impact fees as an example of the incorrect information he is hearing. Councilor Hunter responded to Councilor Graham's remarks. Mayor Johnson directed anyone with questions regarding Impact Fees or anything else to contact Mr. Russell, any council member, or himself.
