PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works is working with Tap & Games on their PIA. OLD BUSINESS: RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works has new submittal in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week. Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Planning advised that the plans from the architect will be submitted next week. Plan Review is waiting on comments and the fire design is pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Dog Club parking lot – Idaho St – Public Works and Mike Bestwick from Jackola storm water retention and parking lot size. Planning advised Jackola that
they could reduce the width to 24 ft and add more landscaping. Public Works advised that the combined approaches much be no greater than 60 ft total.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – KNTC Lot 3 hotel – east of Ford Dealership – Doug
Peppmeier from TD & H presented plans. The committee discussed fire hydrants, a boundary line adjustment, sidewalk connection, and parking in the clear vision triangle.

OTHER ITEMS: FedEx Parking Lot – Electronic Plans were not received but the committee briefly discussed the project with Terry Kramer.
