BACKGROUND: There exists a myriad of Federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations,
ordinances and policies that must be taken into consideration whenever you employ someone
with the City of Kalispell.
While not all-inclusive, we will briefly review some of the more prevalent issues that must be
measured and the relationship to budgets. Attached is the outline to be covered.
