Mayor Johnson opened public comment.
Kathy Folden, Public Comment
Ms. Folden provided documents to council members and then spoke regarding her views
on new people coming into the community and housing. She then spoke regarding her
religious views and her beliefs about the agendas and actions of various groups and how
she feels they could affect Kalispell.
Seeing no further public comment, Mayor Johnson closed public comment.
D. CITY MANAGER, COUNCIL, AND MAYOR REPORTS
02:01:25 Councilor Daoud spoke regarding discussions he has had with nonprofits related to
alternative housing and community solutions such as tiny homes or communal living and how
they might fit into zoning as zoning is revised.
