Per our discussion with the City of Kalispell Road Maintenance
Department, it is agreed that under normal circumstances Silverbrook
Property Owner's Association will maintain the snowplowing of the roads
in Silverbrook Estates and will not require the City of Kalispell to plow. If
we get a storm with substantial snowfall or icy conditions and the POA's
snow removal equipment is not sufficient, the City of Kalispell agrees to
use their large snow blowing, plowing and sanding equipment to clear
the streets in Silverbrook Estates.
If this arrangement proves to be too much for the Silverbrook Property
Owner's Association maintenance crew we will contact the City of
Kalispell Road Maintenance Department so they may take over the entire
snowplowing duty on a as needed basis.

Silverbrook Estates Property Owners Association agrees to indemnify and hold the City
Of Kalispell harmless from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage
resulting from the snow removal on the City streets with Silverbrook Estates, including
any and all costs and attorney's fees incurred in the defense of any action brought against
the City Of Kalispell as a result of the snow removal efforts.
