Box 1997 Kalispell, MT 59903-1997 Dear Mr. Johnson, Property Owners Association 33 Hunter Circle Kalispell, MT 59901 December 3, 2009 Per our discussion with the City of Kalispell Road Maintenance Department, it is agreed that under normal circumstances Silverbrook Property Owner's Association will maintain the snowplowing of the roads in Silverbrook Estates and will not require the City of Kalispell to plow. If we get a storm with substantial snowfall or icy conditions and the POA's snow removal equipment is not sufficient, the City of Kalispell agrees to use their large snow blowing, plowing and sanding equipment to clear the streets in Silverbrook Estates. If this arrangement proves to be too much for the Silverbrook Property Owner's Association maintenance crew we will contact the City of Kalispell Road Maintenance Department so they may take over the entire snowplowing duty on a as needed basis.
