PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works advised that The Landings are close. Planning and Public Works discussed a reduction request for Starling. OLD BUSINESS: Parkland Meadows (Lot 5 - Buildings C thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works is waiting for comments since 7/19/23; Hammerquist will follow up with their design team. Public Works is working with DEQ. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Planning advised they received a revised site plan. Public Works requested an accurate number of area disturbed from them. Planning stated that they cannot have gravel on the site. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family –Public Works is reviewing. This will be on the agenda next week. Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – Public Works is waiting on comments. Planning advised that final plat is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week. Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho St – new gas station – Public Works is waiting on comments. Plan Review and Fire are waiting on comments. MDT approval is still pending. Plan Review advised that they will demolish the existing store instead of keeping it open during construction. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Planning received new plans and advised them that no sidewalk on United Drive is required but a 5ft landscape buffer and a 30ft concrete approach into the site are required. Planning to check and advise if they can chain off the current approach since it’s not being used. Planning will verify and advise the length requirement of the landscape buffer. This will be on the agenda next week. Lorens Auto – 1309 US Hwy 2 W – Addition/parking lot remodel – Public Works’ review is complete. This is in Plan Review’s queue and Parks’ input is pending. This will be on the agenda next week. Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Norwood Flex – 21 Meridian Court – new commercial building –Public Works and Plan Review have comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Captains Marine – 3215 US Hwy 93 S – boat storage – Plan Review requested more information on the footings and is still waiting for the geotech report.
