PLANT MATERIALS WILL BE INSPECTED AT THE NURSERY, OR PROJECT SITE, BY THE OWNER/LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. WHEN INSPECTION WORK DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS, REPLACE REJECTED WORK AND CONTINUE SPECIFIED MAINTENANCE UNTIL REINSPECTED AND FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE. REMOVE REJECTED PLANTS AND MATERIALS FROM THE PLANTING SITE WITHIN 48 HOURS AND REPLACE WITH ACCEPTABLE MATERIALS. 4. FAILURE TO MEET SPECIFICATIONS OF MATERIALS AND OF INSTALLATION METHODS AFTER TWO INSPECTIONS SHALL SUBJECT THE CONTRACTOR TO INSPECTION FEES, PAID TIME AND MATERIALS AT THE STANDARD RATE BY THE CONTRACTOR. 5.
