b. Garden Shed -The new shed will be delivered on Jun 28th. It will be lifted over
the rock wall with a crane since it is wider than the gates. Sale of the old shed
will help supplement the crane expense. The cost of the new shed is $9,950 and
a $5,000 grant from the Whitefish Community Foundation grant will be applied
towards the shed. Brit asked if the Board was ok with selling the old shed on
Facebook Marketplace. All in favor. Robert will stain the new shed. The
irrigation box will also be moved to the new shed.
c. Round Up for Safety (Wheelchair Lift)- With so many other big projects going on
right now, this project will put on the back burner until the other projects are
completed. Information can still be gathered.
d. Museum Cooperative marketing projects (brochure & video)- Brochures have
been printed and will be available at the Visitor Center and other locations. Snow
Ghost designed the brochures.

Whitefish Community Great Fish Challenge will be announced on Friday.
S. Facilities -
a. Roof- The roof replacement will start next month. Brit, Gary, and Mark met with
the roofers this week. Scaffolding will be built over the front door steps. The
kitchen and gift shop entrances will be for staff or emergency exits only. Visitors
will enter and exit tours from the front door. All shingle debris will be on the
back and side of the house. The construction noise can't be avoided. There will
be lifts and ladders. Only 1 scaffold. The City Engineer has oversight of the
contract and Mansion staff shared that Keith Haskins has been extremely
professional and helpful.
b. Facilities Committee- Will meet June 291" at 1:00 at the Mansion.
c. Bricks- Installation will wait until after the roof is finished.
6. Executive Directors Report-
a. Tours- School tours have wrapped up. Have noticed a slight dip in tourism
compared to June of last year, but overall levels seem closer to pre -pandemic
levels. Hank Handford has joined the summer tour guide staff. His wife Christa, is
a returning guide.
b. Garden- There is only one more bed to plant. The two garden laborers hired,
Cannon Pearson and Hunter Khoury, have helped plant and water and are great
workers.

good. Food trucks have been arranged and Artist Robinson will play music.
Kalispell Kreamery has donated ice cream again this year. Discounted self -
guided tours will be available as usual. The Mansion will host the MT Posse of
Westerners July lecture. Brit will be the featured speaker.
d. Other- The City will be closing 3rd Avenue through July for Public Works
construction.
