The regular meeting of the Flathead -Kalispell City -County Planning
Board wascalled to order by President Charles Bash, December 28, 1965
at 7:30 P.M.
Present were::

Forest Farris
Lengthy discussion was held on city platting and annexation of
nevi parcels of land.
Motion was made that the bill for aerial photographs of Woodland
Park be paid with the photographs becoming the property of the Board.
Motion passed.

it was noted that :dour meetings a year were required. Meetings
to be held January, April, July, and October at least.

Board was called to order by President Charles Hash, November 30, 1965
at 7:45 P.M..

Charles Hash read a letter on the meeting at Helena, Friday,
6.s.9 December 10, 1965 and urged all to go.
Motion made by McClintock to pay expenses of all those who wish
CL to go, seconded by Forest Farris. Motion carried.

Board was called to order by President Charles Hash, September ?S,
1965 at 7:45 P.NI..

Mayor Tom Flynn and Councilman Dr. John Roche attended.
Dr. Roche presented the plan to rehabilitate the present Woodland
Parr and swimming pool. More specific ideas and cost are necessary
before application can be made. Request was made for money to !rut
enginnering advice and planning advice for the purpose of a master
plan for the rehabilitation of Woodland Park.
i Notion made by Pete McClintock that the city -county planning
board authorize $1,000.00 expenditures for inspection of Woodland
Park a.nd Evergreen Park with the bills being presented to the
planning board, seconded by David Klehm. Motion carried.

Board was called to order by Forest Farris, June 8, 1965 at 7:15 P.M.
at the commissioners office in the Flathead County Couithouse.
Present were:

Motion made by Buckingham, seconded by McClintock to pay current
bills, motion carried.
Motion made by Klehm to retain budget as it stands without
additional levi, seconded by Moen, motion carried. Budget
balance $2048.00 as of date.

Board was called to order by President Hash, IRarch 30, 1965 at
8:00 P.M. at the commissioners office in the Flathead County
courthouse.

A report was given by Charles Hash and Cliff Vinge in ren•ards to
their findings on southeast area of zoning district.
Jerry Tomseth reported in that he and David K_lehm had set a
meeting date of the second Tuesday in April for purpose of
discussing zoning in Evergreen and adjacent area.

The regular meeting of the Flathead -Kalispell City -County Planninu
Board was called to order by President Hash, on February 23, 1965
at 7:45 p.m. in the law officies of Ropenlien, Hash, and O'Brien.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Specific zoning and control of the same was discussed as to
what commercial use might be made of residential districts.
Green Acres and Days Acres were discussed at length in regards
to what types, if any, commercial use would be allowed in
these Areas.
Charles Hash and Cliff Vinge were to work up plans for Southwest
area and bring back to next meeting.
Discussion was carried on in regards to subdivision regulations
which should be with idea in mind of tieing in with adjacent
territory.
Jerry Tomseth and Dave Klehm are to work up new North and West
boundary for Evergreen area.
A motion was made by Dave Klehm to re-elect Charles Hash as President
and Forest Farris as Secretary. The motion was seconded by Jerry
Tomseth and passed by those present.
Don Buckingham moved that bills be paid. This was seconded by
Dave Klehm.
The next meeting was set for March 30, 1965.

The regular meetinr of the Flathead -Kalispell City -County Planninm Board
was called to order by President Hash, January 26, 1965 at 7:40 P.M. at
the Commissioners office in the Flathead County Courthouse.
Present were:

Reports were given by committee chairmen on contacts they had made with area
members in regards to zoning.
A motion was made by Forest Farris that material be prepared for publicity
on zoning area. Seconded by Dave Klehm and passed.
Motion was made by Dave Klehm to present in writing to County Commissioners,
a request to present the Planning Board with any plats proposed for inspection
by planning board before being acted upon. It was seconded by Cliff Vinge
and passed.
Motion was made to write Fred Flare a letter in regards to his inquiry,; into
zoning in his area. It was seconded by Cliff Vinge and passed.
