Resolution 5407 - Preliminary Plat Extension - Resubdivison of Lot 1 of Minor Subdivision Lot #1177,0 11 LT, A 611 LoW go], I K-01 wd 11011. 0B 11 LVA 611 LINE. i' "1 iT, 1 OF DENVER AVENUE AT 61 DENVER WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell granted preliminary plat approval for the Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Minor Subdivision Plat #117 on February 5, 2007, and WHEREAS, Montana Mapping Associates, Inc., on behalf of the owner, now desires a one-year extension to the preliminary plat for the Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Minor Subdivision Plat #117 in order to finish the infrastructure necessary for final plat, and WHEREAS, Section 2.06 of the Kalispell Subdivision Regulations and Montana Subdivision and Platting Act allows the City Council to grant a one-year extension to the preliminary plat in addition to the original three year approval; and WHEREAS, good cause exists for the request for extension by Montana Mapping Associates, Inc. and it is in the best interests of the City that the extension be given. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the application of Montana Mapping Associates, Inc. for a one-year extension of the preliminary plat of the Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Minor Subdivision Plat #117, Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana is hereby approved.
