HEAR THE PUBLIC: None PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning and Public Works are meeting with Sunrift today. Planning advised
that TD&H is working on the engineers estimate for Meridian Court Apartments. OLD BUSINESS: Parkland Meadows (Lot 5 - Buildings C thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Public Works continues to wait for a new site plan. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works is reviewing plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Planning advised that KLJ is working on irrigation
plans and that a new tech company will be occupying the old Teletech building. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works is waiting on full resubmittal. MDT review
is in process. Parks has landscaping plans to review. Plan Review received a new set of plans and is close to completing the review. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works is still working on revised landscaping plans based on Parks’ comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Public Works has the resubmittal under review. Plan Review received storage shed plans and building resubmittals for review. Public Works advised that pre-treatment comments have not been addressed. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Planning advised that the owner is working on new plans for the 1st and 2nd buildings and will reach out them to remove from the agenda until new plans are submitted. This will be on the agenda next week. Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Plan Review is waiting on a site plan with lot lines. MDT approach is in the review queue. Public Works will double check the ADA aprons. This was conditionally approved pending Plan Review’s approval of the site plan.
Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family- Planning advised that the architect is still working on civils and addressing Plan Review’s comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Simco – 115 Old School Rd – new commercial building – Planning to verify that the project is canceled. This will be on the agenda next week.
Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho St – new gas station – Public Works has submittal in their queue. This will be on the agenda
next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Planning advised the committee that 417 E Idaho was sold and the buyer is looking to put in a pilates gym. Planning sent the last set of plans from the office remodel project to the buyer that shows the required site improvements.
