To whom it may concern;
It has been a growing concern for a number of years by countless witnesses, making headlines in the Daily Interlake, the
community growing concern, the negligence of those in authority at DPHHS. I was notified by a social worker in
Missoula County that there are more cases against Families in Kalispell than the entire State of Montana's counties
combined. Children are robbed from their Parents arms, Calls are not returned, Voicemails are ignored, extended family
members are not notified and all forms of communication neglected for great lengths of time. If authority is challenged,
there is retaliation unjustified. Heresay, defamation of character and slander is prevalent within the system to create
revenue. My concern is that there are extreme cases of discrimination and desensitization due to the lack of structure
regarding regulations on tenure and in specific fields of enforcement within DPHHS. Ombudsman is limited and so are
legal resources. I am requesting that further investigation is performed and hopefully, proper measures are taken to
restore our community.
Thank you for your time and consideration. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me via the information

Best Regards.
