HEAR THE PUBLIC: None PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Clark Nissan bond was mailed yesterday. Planning sent an email to a new contact at SunRift. OLD BUSINESS: The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center –Public Works received a new set of plans and will update the folder. Public Works received pre-treatment comments for Jiffy Lube. Plan Review advised they received a new set of Harper plans. Planning to follow up with Parks regarding landscaping review
status. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Lot 7 was approved. Planning advised the committee that Final Plat approval is required before any building permits can be issued. Public Works is waiting on updated drawings for Lot 5. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Nothing new. The revised site plan with a connection to Hwy 93 is pending. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Public Works advised that the backflow preventor was located but not installed per code. Once resolved, Public Works will approve. Parks approval is still pending. This
will be on the agenda next week. LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works sent comments out Tuesday. Kevin Tikka has
questions for Pre-Treatment regarding a grease trap and will contact them next week. Public Works to follow up with Parks regarding landscaping. Fire Department’s review is complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works has comments out since November and spoke to the owner regarding their requirements. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Building permits are not required however the city will require electrical permits and inspections. Public Works is still working with Parks on the landscaping. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. Public Works is still
waiting on civil drawings. This will be on the agenda next week. Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Plan Review received some files via File Transfer for
review yesterday. Public Works has comments from their engineer. This will be on the agenda next week.
406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition – Public Works advised Jackola that a fire hydrant location will need to be changed due to proximity to a storm drain. Plan Review and Parks review is complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family- Public Works needs civils. Plan Review sent comments out. Fire Department advised that the fire hydrant was relocated. This will be on the agenda next week.
Apartments at Two Mile – 75&85 Financial Drive – new multi-family- Planning received notification that this project is on hold and will be removed from the agenda. Simco – 115 Old School Rd – new commercial building – Public Works does not have a full submittal and will reach out to the engineer. This will be on the agenda next week.
