OLD BUSINESS: The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Public Works has pre-treatment in for review. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Public Works is ready to sign off but needs to send approval letter. Parks approval is pending. Jackola will be submitting the Final Plat application soon. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Revised site plan with a connection to
Hwy 93 is pending. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Public Works is still waiting on the backflow
preventor information. This will be on the agenda next week. LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Parks and Public Works are close to completing their review. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Zach Backes had questions for Public Works regarding water and fire lines. Planning advised him to reach out to Public Works directly. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works is still waiting on Parks’ landscaping comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Plan Review and Public Works have comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. Public Works is still waiting on civil drawings. This will be on the agenda next week. Glacier Bank Downtown – 146/202 N Main St – bank remodel – Conditionally approved pending Parks approval. Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. 406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition – Public Works will be sending comments out soon. Jackola advised that there will be no curb removal. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family- Planning is waiting for the new site plan, handicap
parking shown will not work. Public Works has plans in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week.
Apartments at Two Mile – 75&85 Financial Drive – new multi-family- In queue for review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS:
