Specifications and the Bid open-
ing date have been changed on
the following:
The City of Kalispell, Montana
will receive sealed unit price bids
for the Shops Roof Replace-
ments. The impetus of this
project is to replace the roofing
and associated appurtenances
of the buildings in the City of
Kalispell Shops Complex which
were damaged by hail with like
materials. The project includes
fumishing all labor, materials anc
equipment required to remove
and dispose of existing steel
roofs and installing new steel
roofs in accordance with current
building codes and manufac-
turer's installation instructions.
Also included in the project
are other miscellaneous items
including underlayment. sheath-
ing; ventilation, exhaust, and
roof penetrations; ridges and

online electronic bids through
QuestCDN. Full bidding
instructions and the portal to

Bids will be received by Quest-
CDN until 2:00 PM on Thurs-
day May 4. 2023. All bids will
be publicly opened and read
aloud in the City Hall First Floor
