City Manager Doug Russell presented the staff report for this item.

Development Services Director Jarod Nygren spoke regarding fees that other cities charge for
that we do not that he would like to add to the Kalispell fee schedule including waivers of
preliminary plat, Subdivision improvement Agreement Extensions, Growth Policy Map Text
Amendment, and Subdivision Exemptions. He would also like to add the short-term rental costs
to the fee schedule.

No one from the public was present. Mayor Johnson opened public comment at the beginning of
the meeting when two people were present.
E. CITY MANAGER, COUNCIL, AND MAYOR REPORTS
City Manager Russell reported that Pre-treatment regulations will be discussed at the next work
session.

Councilor Dahlman said she was appreciative of the leaf collection done by the city over the last
few weeks. She then reminded people they can Adopt a Drain through the city near their home as
she has.
