OLD BUSINESS: The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Public Works has pre-treatment in for review. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Waiting on updated site plans for Lot 5. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Site must be redesigned to show a connection to Hwy 93, waiting on updated site plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Building is done with their review. Working through waiver of SID with DNRC. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – New site plan received. Public Works advised some domestic services need to be added and buildings will need individual meter pits, they cannot share meter pits. The water main will need to be extended to the far property line. Public Works will verify hydrant count requirement with the fire chief. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works is waiting on Parks’ landscaping comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. Public Works is still waiting on civil drawings. This will be on the agenda next week. Glacier Bank Downtown – 146/202 N Main St – bank remodel – Public Works and Building have completed their reviews. Waiting for landscaping approval. This will be on the agenda next week. Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. 406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition – The Building department has been approved, still needs landscaping updates from Parks, Public Works should be sending comments out late next week or early the week after. The committee gave ok to reduce the curb and cutter width on the north side of the property line in the parking lot. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family- Waiting for the new site plan, handicap parking shown will not work. Public Works is waiting for a full submittal. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Apartments at Two Mile – 75&85 Financial Drive – new multi-family- In queue for review. This will be on the agenda next week. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Norwood Flex – 21 Meridian Court – new site plan received for preliminary comments, pedestrian connection will need to be made to front door, developer is still working on a stormwater plan, Public Works suggested stormwater be underground instead of on the surface simply due to limited surface space.
