April 11, 2023
Kalispell Police arrested one juvenile male related to the assault with a
weapon call reported April 10, 2023. The male was taken into custody
without incident and is being held at the Missoula County Juvenile
Detention facility for assault with a weapon. The name of the juvenile is
not being released. The victim of the gunshot was transported to the
hospital for treatment and is in stable condition. The name of the victim
will not be released. The investigation is ongoing. If you have any

On the morning of Monday April 10, 2023, the Kalispell Police Department
responded to an assault with a weapon call on the southwest side of
Kalispell. The reporting party advised a firearm had been discharged.
Officers were able to secure the scene and all parties have been accounted
for. One party with a non -life -threatening gunshot wound was later
located.
