OLD BUSINESS: The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Plan Review may be receiving something from them next week. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Planning advised Martel Construction that the current plan is missing the connection to Hwy 93 which does not match the PUD. Public Works is working through their comments with the owner. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Office remodel – 417 E Idaho – MDT input is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works has off-flow comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works advised the developer and KLJ that they are waiting for pump information, stormwater comments, and that water service lines need to be looped. Parks is reviewing the landscaping. Planning advised them that the landscaping needs to be as close to City requirements if they are impossible to meet, plans need to include existing landscaping, and that the recreational amenity breakdown still needs to be submitted. Planning will send them breakdown examples. KLJ will double check landscape buffers. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works is waiting on Parks’ landscaping comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Public Works is waiting for a resubmittal. Commercial Plans Review advised that the fire access and water supply issue was resolved and they will be sending comments out next week. Stairway plans should be received next week. This will be on the agenda next week.
All Creatures – 325 Jefferson Blvd – new veterinary clinic – The boundary line adjustment is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. Public Works is still
waiting on civil drawings. Plan Review has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Glacier Bank Downtown – 146/202 N Main St – bank remodel –Jackola will be sending new plans that include photometrics soon. This will be on the agenda next week. Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Public Works has comments out. KLJ requested backflow preventor information from Public Works. This will be on the agenda next week. 406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition –Public Works is waiting on the design report from Jackola. Plan Review advised that the geo-tech reports are still pending and that the building permit for the last remodel is still open. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
OTHER COMMENTS: Planning advised that the May Planning Board meeting will have 1 or 2 annexations and a
conditional use permit on the agenda.
