HEAR THE PUBLIC: None
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised Public Works that the paving was done at the Flathead
Warming Center. Planning will follow up on original bond for Clark Nissan.
OLD BUSINESS:
The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Nothing new.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Public Works is
waiting on record drawings and the reimbursable deposit. Public Works will confirm deposit receipt. Planning advised
that the phasing revisions are in process. This will be on the agenda next week.
Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works has comments out.
Commercial Plans Review has comments out for months. Planning is working on site layout comments. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel –Public Works approved one backflow preventor;
one more is pending approval. This will be on the agenda next week.
Office remodel – 417 E Idaho – MDT input is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works sent landscaping
plans to Parks for approval. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Commercial Plans Review advised that
there may be issues with fire access and water supply. This will be on the agenda next week.
Tooth Booth – 455 Cascade Loop - new dental office – Public Works review is complete. Parks approval is pending.
This will be on the agenda next week.
All Creatures – 325 Jefferson Blvd – new veterinary clinic – The boundary line adjustment is still pending. This will
be on the agenda next week.
North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Glacier Bank Downtown – 146/202 N Main St – bank remodel – Parks approval is pending. Planning will request
photometrics. This will be on the agenda next week.
Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Public Works will be sending comments out soon.
Plans do not include the correct roof and ground snow loads. Public Works will require pre-treatment. This will be on
the agenda next week.
406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition – Public Works is waiting on civils. Commercial Plan Review advised that
the geo-technical information was not submitted. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: PUD Amendment request – Spring Creek Park – height deviation from 45 feet to 55 feet – Planning
provided a brief summary of the amendment. The committee determined the amendment is minor.
OTHER COMMENTS: Spring Creek Park Roads – Mike Brodie from WGM discussed access on the west collector
road with Public Works.
