EXTERNAL Panhandling
PLEASE STOP PANHANDLING!!! its not a good look for our community at all!!! I have been yelled at/ cussed at when I ask
them to move along. I work at the gas station at Costco. I have been called many horrible names. The panhandler will be
standing 2 feet from the sign that says NO PANHANDLING OR SOLICITING. I am sick of them leaving at their garbage
everywhere!! Please please pass this proposal. Kris Knudsen
