CITY MANAGER, COUNCIL, AND MAYOR REPORTS City Manager Russell thanked council for starting these budget discussions during the work sessions. No work session is scheduled for March 27, as several Council members and staff will be at the National League of Cities and Towns Conference, and it is also spring break. Legislative Sessions at the State are ramping back up. 01:55:34 Councilor Nunnally spoke regarding a break in at the Flathead County Fairgrounds and subsequent clean up of the building, and the help that the individual received after his arrest. 08:57:46 PM (01:58:34) Councilor Nunnally spoke regarding a Mountain Climber Transit report and urged the public to be informed about what Mountain Climber Transit is facing by listening to the February 9, 2023, County Commissioner meeting at approximately the 58-minute mark in the meeting audio.
