PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning to follow up with Sunrift again regarding bond expiration.
OLD BUSINESS:
The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Nothing new.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Public Works to
test water main soon. Planning will be meeting with them soon regarding a 2nd access issue. This will be on the agenda
next week.
NW MT Head Start – 79 7th Ave EN; addition –Architect requested to be temporarily removed from agenda since
project is on hold.
Creekside Commons – Glenwood Dr; new apartment building – Conditionally approved; Planning will contact Fire for
final approval.
Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works has utilities comments
out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Logan ED Parking Lot – 310 Sunnyview Lane – parking lot remodel – Architect requested to be temporarily removed
from agenda since project is on hold.
Office remodel – 417 E Idaho – MDT input is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works sent comments out 3/1/23, pretreatment comments
went out 1/3/23. This will be on the agenda next week.
Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works is still working
on landscaping plans and will send to Parks when complete. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – TD&H advised Public Works that the lot
is aggregated so no storm water permit will be required. Public Works will require the sidewalk to be extended on 7th.
TD & H working on Public Works’ previous comments and a boundary line adjustment with the previous property
owner. This will be on the agenda next week.
Tooth Booth – 455 Cascade Loop - new dental office – Parks is working with them. The record drawing deposit has
been mailed to Public Works. This will be on the agenda next week.
All Creatures – 325 Jefferson Blvd – new veterinary clinic – The owners have not agreed on a boundary line adjustment.
Landscaping items are still pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Public Works is waiting on civils.
Pre-Treatment has been approved. This will be on the agenda next week.
Meadows Edge Lift Station – NHN Morning Eagle Dr – new lift station – This was approved.
Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – MDT has requested truck turning radius information
from them. Public Works sent comments 3/1/23. This will be on the agenda next week.
406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition – Public Works has this in their review queue. This will be on the agenda next
week.
NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Cenex Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho – TD & H discussed sidewalk,
alley curb, signage, trash collection location, and frontage allowances with Public Works. TD & H will be sending
their preliminary plans to MDT for feedback.
OTHER COMMENTS: Public Works received a request from Starling to allow 3-year bond terms to put the sidewalk
in. Planning stated that they can only do a 1-year bond and extend it twice. They will also be requesting a bond for tree
installation from Parks.
