MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
January 10, 2023
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL
The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning
CALL
Commission was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Board members present were
Chad Graham (chair), Pip Burke, Kevin Aurich, Doug Kauffman, Kurt
Vomfell, and Joshua Borgardt. Rory Young was absent. PJ Sorensen and
Jarod Nygren represented the Kalispell Planning Department.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vomfell moved and Kauffman seconded a motion to approve the minutes
of the December 13, 2022, meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board
and Zoning Commission.
VOTE BY ACCLAMATION
The motion passed unanimously on a vote of acclamation.
HEAR THE PUBLIC
None.
KPP-22-07 & KZC-22-05 —
Sorensen advised the board that per the applicant's request, the project
STILLWATER VILLAGE
was removed from the agenda and will be rescheduled to the March 14,
2023 Planning Board Meeting.
OLD BUSINESS
None.
NEW BUSINESS
Nygren updated the board on the upcoming February 14, 2023 Planning
Board Meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:02 pm.
