OLD BUSINESS:
The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center –
Planning will be receiving Flood Plain Permit application soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E & Lift Station) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment
buildings – Jackola emailed landscaping plans to Parks. This was conditionally approved pending Parks’ input.
NW MT Head Start – 79 7th Ave EN; addition – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Creekside Commons – Glenwood Dr; new apartment building – Public Works has a revised submittal in their
review queue. Parks and Building have signed off. This will be on the agenda next week.
Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works confirmed a
turnaround in the road extension is not required but an easement will be required. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Parks is working with them. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Logan ED Parking Lot – 310 Sunnyview Lane – parking lot remodel – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Office remodel – 417 E Idaho – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works still has comments out. Parks had questions
regarding the pond flow. This will be on the agenda next week.
Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works has comments out. Commercial
Plan Review advised that they may remove some of the parallel parking and may not be including the 10-unit
short-term rentals in this project. Parks and Planning discussed the 5% landscaping requirements. Public Works
advised that the left trash enclosure will not work and that the approaches are too wide. Fire Department has
comments into Public Works. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Commercial Plan Review
has comments out. Public Works advised that the foundation will not be defined until the tank has been selected
and that they are working on producing landscaping plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Planning received updated site plans.
Commercial Plan Review is working with them on the retaining wall. Planning discussed right of way permit with
Public Works and advised that a written maintenance agreement will be required for the trail connection. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Tooth Booth – 455 Cascade Loop - new dental office – Public Works has comments out. Parks will be sending
comments out today. Commercial Plan Review is complete. This will be on the agenda next week.
All Creatures – 325 Jefferson Blvd – new veterinary clinic – Public Works is reviewing. This will be on the
agenda next week.
North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Public Works is still waiting
on Civils. This will be on the agenda next week.
Meadows Edge Lift Station – NHN Morning Eagle Dr – new lift station – Parks review is still pending. MDT
has not yet contacted Public Works to schedule a meeting to discuss the approach. Edge will follow up with MDT.
This will be on the agenda next week.
