Hello all,
I am emailing you to see if we have had a traffic study done on the southside of 1st Avenue West. public works has
reached out to me and said they were going to have a traffic study done about 3 months. I understand it's winter time
and this is at the bottom of the pile. but I would like to have something lined up so we can get this handled before these
sporting events come back around. This should be a simple slam dunk cause it's clearly dangerous. I'm a tax paying
citizen asking for help with this issue. My newborn daughter will be here on April 5th and I'm hoping this gets handled.

My name is Andrew Arminio I am writing you because I have been having issues with illegal parking in front of my
house located at 1304 1st ave w on sports events. I live next to the stadium which I enjoy very much. people have been
parking there vehicles sits more than half way into the street as you know fist ave w has become busy. They have been
parking in peoples yards and driveways seen a lot of close calls. The issue I have with this is when I try to pull out I
cannot see either direction I have my 6 month old son in the car and a pregnant wife in the car and I've almost been
hit twice now. The area in front of my house is a bike lane not a parking area and the other side a fire hydrant they
encroach onto my drive way block my view feel trapped in my driveway. am hoping to have the city put a sign up and
possibly paint the curb. Please feel free to drive by. I have made complaints to the police department.
