HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Sunshine Factory - Done per Public Works and Parks. Peterson Acres
Warranty Bond – Done per Public Works. Kalispell Foot & Ankle – Public Works will advise Planning if it’s ready to
release. Taco Bell North - Public Works has not received anything from WGM. Parks sent the latest bond updates to
Planning and will be sending more updates next week.
OLD BUSINESS:
The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 E; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Public Works
is still waiting for DEQ review. Irrigation plans are 6-8 weeks out per Planning. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A,B,D&E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Planning
received Lift Station building plans today. The site plan from Jackola does not meet the building code requirements.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NW MT Head Start – 79 7th Ave EN; addition – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Eagle Valley Ranch Apartments – Bldgs E,F,G&H – 2000 Jefferson Blvd – Jackola provided Public Works a site
plan with a fire truck auto-turn; Public Works will share with Fire Department. Jackola will be sending irrigation plans
to Parks this week. Plan Review is close to completion. Jackola will be seeking partial approval in next week’s meeting.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Creekside Commons – Glenwood Dr; new apartment building – Public Works and Planning have not received anything
new. Plan Review received a full plan set and will be reviewing it. This will be on the agenda next week.
Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works is still reviewing and has
not received a response regarding Hwy 93 access from MDT. This will be on the agenda next week.
Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Planning advised Public Works that the
alternative route was acceptable. Public Works sent to Glacier Bank for approval. This will be on the agenda next week.
Logan ED Parking Lot – 310 Sunnyview Lane – parking lot remodel – Public Works is waiting for as-builts. Planning
has not received plans with irrigation. Jackola will follow up. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
OTHER COMMENTS: Take 5 Oil Change – They have been talking with the Fire Department and revised their plans
accordingly however the highway and alley entrance and exit are still pending. MDT has not received anything from
them. Planning sent them a list of contacts that they need to start the application process.
Skip’s Hangar – The Condo Declaration was signed by City Manager; documents are pending pick up from R Porch
Construction.
Stillwater Village – Parks is meeting with them Tuesday. Planning needs to post the Staff Report by Wednesday and
needs Parks’ input. Parks stated that the plans may not meet subdivision regulations. Public Works has a meeting with
DNRC regarding water rights.
