Quail Meadows Final Plat, Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Cash -in -Lieu
of Parkland Pam
This item considers a request from TD&H Engineering on behalf of Quail
Meadows, LLC, for final plat approval of a subdivision containing 39 single family
lots on approximately 10 acres located at 155 Tronstad Road.
Senior Planner P.J. Sorensen provided the staff presentation.

2. Resolution of Intent 6111— Starling Phases 1-8 Planned Unit Development
Amendment
This resolution considers setting a public hearing date of November 7, 2022, for a
planned unit development amendment to Starling Phases 1-8 located on the west
side of Stillwater Road to the west of Timberwolf Parkway.
Senior Planner P.J. Sorensen provided the staff presentation.

the application of Starling Development LLC for an amendment to the Starling Phases 1-8
Planned Unit Development located on the west side of Stillwater Road west of Timberwolf
Parkway in the City of Kalispell and directing the City Clerk to give notice thereof.
