OLD BUSINESS:
The Silos Ph 2 (Building D, E, F & G)- 655 Center St; 3 new multifamily buildings and clubhouse – Jackola sent
updated plans with trail crossings and seed mix details as requested. Keith would like to the trail crossing arms extended
a little longer so that cars cannot zig zag through them. They are reviewing detailed landscaping & irrigation plans and
will be sending them out after review. They confirmed that no pre-treatment is required. Public Works will be sending
them more comments. Plan Review is complete. Discussion was held regarding partial approval so they can start on
utility/ROW work. The fire hydrant from Phase 1 is sufficient to support Building G construction. This will be on the
agenda next week.
The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 E; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Tom Tabler
received comments back. Publc Works is waiting on confirmation that DEQ has not started their review so that they
can do it. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows (Lot 7 – Bldgs A &B) – Airport Rd; 2 new multifamily apartment buildings (Buildings A&B) –
Jackola has Public Works’ comments in their queue. Parks may still have the subdivision landscaping plans under
review. Public Works and Jackola discussed sidewalk a connection and irrigation service valve location. Jackola will
be sending revised plans soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows (Lot 5 - Bldgs D&E) – Airport Rd; multifamily – Public Works will require a water hydrant,
water main extension, and a sidewalk connection to the trash enclosure. Jackola to submit revised plans soon. This
will be on the agenda next week.
NW MT Head Start – 79 7th Ave EN; addition – This project was put on hold until 2023 due to funding reasons. The
landscaping is still pending, and Public Works still has comments out regarding pre-treatment. Plan Review is complete.
This will be removed from the agenda.
Eagle Valley Ranch Apartments – Bldgs E,F,G&H – 2000 Jefferson Blvd – Public Works is reviewing for DEQ and
needs an updated site plan that shows the relocated approach. Jackola would like DEQ and City comments from Public
Works at the same time so they can send one set of plans next week. Public Works will send comments soon. Jackola
will send a revised set of plans to Plan Review next week. This will be on the agenda next week.
Creekside Commons – Glenwood Dr; new apartment building – Public works has plans under review and will be
reviewing for DEQ. This will be on the agenda next week.
Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Silverbrook Garages – updated site plan/garage layout – Nothing new from them. Planning discussed a boundary line
adjustment that needs agreements to ensure the community space is open to the whole development. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Apartments at Two Mile – 75 & 85 Financial Drive; multifamily – Right of Way work was approved and will start
this week. This will be on the agenda next week.
Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – KLJ is still working on a floodplain permit. They
will be sending landscaping plans soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Logan ED Parking Lot – 310 Sunnyview Lane – parking lot remodel – Planning has plans in review. Jackola will be
removing and replacing all asphalt and will be sending irrigation plans to Parks. Planning will review original PUD for
sidewalk requirements. This will be on the agenda next week.
