The Applicant has applied to the City of Kalispell for an administrative conditional use permit to
A increase capacity from 40 occupants to 50 occupants at the shelter. The pen -nit is required pursuant
to Section 27.33.040(lc) which allows for an up to 25% cumulative expansion of an existing
Conditional Use Permit. The matter was reviewed by the City of Kalispell Zoning Administrator
and, after duly considering the application, grants the administrative conditional use permit subject
a to the following conditions:

(1) The property shall be developed in accordance with the submitted plans.

4 be completed as per the original Conditional Use Permit approved November 2, 2020,
and original building permit approved in April of 2021.
(3) This permit shall be valid for a period of eighteen (18) months after which time it shall
terminate if commencement of the authorized activity has not begun.
