SUBJECT: Meeting with Community Action Partnership regarding Housing
MEETING DATE: October 10, 2022
BACKGROUND: At a previous meeting, Community Action Partnership addressed Council,
seeking to have an audience to present information related to housing in the community.
Following the comments, a council member requested a work session to provide a dedicated
opportunity for the organization to share with Council.
If needed, staff will be able to share relevant information regarding current housing projects,
including developments that are being produced for a variety of levels of housing with low-
income housing -tax credit developments.
