On September 24`", 2022, at approximately 7:15 pm, the Kalispell Police Department responded to a
business on the northwest side of town for a report of shots heard. The initial investigation revealed that
shots were fired involving a domestic related incident with two males. The victim of the incident was
uninjured.
With the assistance of the Flathead County Sheriff's Office, a 17-year-old Idaho male has been taken into
custody. Charges are pending further investigation. There is no known threat to the public currently. If
