After a mere 10 years the developer/building owner could convert to full market rate --Kalispell needs to invest scarce tax revenue in long-term housing solutions; • Restricted for only workers earning the highest salaries even eligible for subsidized housing (.80%....t.o......1..2..%.... ,.r: "........1 L.".d..!!...n...... ...ncoir.r.]....._o..r....... ...�...�.---city documents provided for this hearing do not provide the factual basis to show that this is income level that will address workforce housing needs of businesses in downtown Kalispell. Y p parking garage with housing in Kalispell have raised questions that deserve answers before the city considers using TIF dollars for housing. Citizens for a Better Flathead • I would add that these giant apartment complexes are really just tearing the soul out of Kalispell. The more of these ridiculous monstrosities we see go up, the closer we get to pulling our business out of Kalispell entirely. Sad state of mind for a 40+ year local. J.
