Bushes shall be planted along the east side of the existing parking lot which have a minimum mature height over 5 feet to screen the parking lot and cars from the adjacent homes. Prior to installing the bushes the location, size and type of bush shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Department and Parks and Recreation Department. Note: The bushes shall be a minimum 5 gallon in size at the time of planting and shall be kept in a healthy condition. Dead or dying bushes shall be replaced by the property owner. 3. Exterior building lights shall be brought into compliance with the city's lighting standards in the Kalispell Zoning Ordinance. On -going condition: 4. That commencement of the approved activity must begin within 18 months from the date of authorization or that a continuous good faith effort is made to bring the project to completion.
