WHEREAS, Section 7-14-4105 MCA, gives a City Council power to provide for levying the cost of removal of garbage or other offensive matter from streets, alleys, or any premises as a special tax against that property from which the same was deposited, the City Council deems such a method more equitable and just than paying for such removal from the General Fund of the City; and WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 5th day of July, 2022, the City Council did consider all objections made to said estimate and to the basis of levy and assessment for payment for said cost.
