Subject: EXTERNAL Sewer rates
This is an unprecedented economic downturn with inflation not yet under control; the Dow is a bear not a bull and gas is
$5 a gallon. Folks in the valley and the city are stressed and stretched thin. Please tell me how you can ask for an
increase in any rates at this time? Actually, it would be nice to see a freeze on rates and salaries for the next year.
