Ordinance 1880 — Second Reading — Farm District Planned Unit Development This ordinance considers initial zoning of B-2 (General Business) and a Commercial Planned Use Development overlay on 37.6 acres at the northwest corner of Highway 93 North and Church Drive. 3. Ordinance 1881 — Second Reading — Morning Star Community Zoning This item considers initial zoning of R-4 (Residential) for 5.88 acres at 1717 South Woodland Drive, an existing 41-unit mobile home park. 4. Ordinance 1882 — Second Reading - Noller Truck & RV Center Planned Unit Development This ordinance considers a request for a Commercial Planned Unit Development overlay for a truck and RV Center on 9.72 acres at 3178 Highway 93 South. PUBLIC HEARING — Eagle Valley Ranch Council will consider public comment on an application to amend the growth policy future land use map from suburban residential to urban mixed use for the Eagle Valley Ranch Addition on 6.8 acres at 3201 U.S. 93 North. Motion to Authorize Limited Expenditure of Funds within the Fiscal Year 2023 Preliminary Budget & Call for a Public Hearing This is a request for authorization to expend funds identified in the FY2023 preliminary budget necessary for city operations until the final budget is approved and schedule a public hearing for July 5, 2022. 2. Expenditure Source for Previously Approved Parkline Appropriation This item considers utilizing $252,315.66 from the Community Development Miscellaneous Special Revenue Fund, rather than the Debt Service Fund as initially recommended for a previously approved appropriation. 3. Resolution 6078 — Non -union Salary Adjustment This resolution considers adopting an updated 20-step salary matrix and an annual step increase for eligible employees. J. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or microphone, giving that person's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the Council to three minutes. b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the Council or Staff. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted to enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council, without the permission of the Presiding Officer. d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
