Approval of Minutes: Susanne moved to approve the May 10, 2022, minutes; Mark
seconded (approved 6-0).
New Business:
Signs: All About You- 905 S Main St; – Rose Therrien w/ Western Neon
present. LED internally lit. Mark moved to approve with the
condition that the lights on the ground be removed and the
electrical capped, Robin 2nd (approved 6-0).
Silverbrook Apartments – Lilac Loop; two monument signs.
Robin recused herself from this agenda item. Paul Walker w/
Denman Construction present. Per the PUD zoning they are only
allowed 1 monument sign per lo. They have chosen to do the sign
to the north between buildings 2 & 8 on this lot in Phase 1 and
move the one on the NW corner to the second lot during phase 2
between buildings 1 & 3. Sarah moved to approve both signs in
Phase 1 & 2 as well as the locations, Mark 2nd (approved 5-0).
Buildings: Apartments @ Two Mile – Phase 2 – Two Mile Dr./Financial Dr;
two 24-unit multifamily apartments. Bobi Jo Lingle w/ Jackola
present. Susanne moved to approve subject to attempting to create
a little more distance between the two buildings, matching the
phase 2 trash enclosures to phase 1, an adequate fence is installed
around the pickle ball court and that an updated site plan is emailed
to the committee with the changes that are able to be made; Mark
2nd (approved 6-0).
Old Business: Silverbrook Apartments Community Building – 150 Day Lily;
change from metal roof to shingles. Paul Walker w/ Denman
Construction present. Changing roof material due to safety and
cost concerns. Susanne moved to approve, Mark 2nd (approved 6-
0).
