PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Silverbrook Phase 2B-B Public works is waiting on record
drawings.
OLD BUSINESS:
First Interstate Bank- 2 S Main St; new drive thru teller lanes and ATM – Spoke with Adam Schlegal of
Cushing Terrell on 05/24/22, they are working on building and architectural plans. MDT ROW permit has
been approved. This will be on the agenda next week.
SD#5 Transportation and Maintenance Facility- 120 School Station Ct; School bus storage and
maintenance – Rick sent building review comments out on 5/25/22. A new landscape plan was submitted
to Chad on 05/25/22. Public Works is waiting on civils. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kohls- 2248 Highway 93 N; new retail shell – Public Works signed off noting service relocation, if
needed, will require a ROW permit. Fire has signed off and Building has completed review. This has
passed through site review subject to Parks approval.
Meridian Apartments (Bldg E)- 50 Meridian Ct; Building 5 of Meridian Apartments (36 units) – Public
works is working on sending comments out, they need to verify a few things with fire chief. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Flathead Liquor- 1121 Hwy 2 W; parking lot modification – Public Works has approved noting that
proper protection for backflow prevention is provided. Fire has signed off. This has passed through site
review subject to Parks approval.
The Silos Ph 2 (Building D&G)- 655 Center St; new 36-unit multifamily building – Jarod noted some
damage to Parkline Trail near building B & F during construction that will need to be fixed. Pictures on
file. This will be on the agenda next week.
Airport Hangar- 900 Ryan St; new airport hangar – Geotech submitted was incorrect, it was for
taxiways not structures. This will be on the agenda next week.
The Harper – 1280 Hwy 2 East; new 40-unit multifamily development – Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Jiffy Lube – 1290 Hwy 2 East; new/auto service/repair facility – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Diamond Aire Hangar Addition – 1893 Airport Rd; addition to existing hangar – Nothing new. This
will be on the agenda next week.
Taco Bell – 535 E Idaho St; building remodel and parking lot modification – Doug with TD&H is
sending a new site plan. Chad advised if they are doing an interior remodel, they will have to update the
mulching around the building. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows – Airport Rd; 2 new multifamily apartment buildings (Buildings A&B) –
Departments still under review, final plat has not been applied for yet. This will be on the agenda
next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Skips Hangar – 1880 Hwy 93 S; new hangar – Departments still need to review. This will be on
the agenda next week.
