Subject: EXTERNAL Updated standards
Edge LLC and Meadows Edge LLC are in favor of the city acquiring updated software to help with the
submission/review process. We feel this would greatly streamline the process through better communication
with the city, engineers, architects, developers and builders. The increased review fees to fund the
software/program would be well worth the efficiency. Delays in construction can cost thousands of dollars. A
couple hundred on the front end is not a concern or ours. Thank you for the consideration
