ORDINANCE NO. 1125
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 1078, BY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE
AMENDMENTS TO THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, 1985 EDITION, AND DECLARING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 7-5-108, M.C.A. AND 7-5-4202, M.C.A., BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section III, Ordinance No. 1078, Uniform Plumbing
Co e, 1 85 Edition, is hereby amended by adding thereto, by
reference, the minimum plumbing fixture requirements contained
in §8.70.303, Administrative Rules of Montana.
SECTION II. Section III, Ordinance No. 1078, Uniform Plumbing
Code, 1985 Edition, is hereby amended by adding thereto, by
reference, the provisions of §8.70.304(4), Administrative
Rules of Montana, prohibiting lead solder.
SECTION IIJ. All parts and portions of Ordinance No. 1078
not amended hereby shall remain unchanged.
SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after
30 days of its final passage by the City Council and approval
by the Mayor.
