PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Beehive Homes Ph 2- 242 Stillwater Road; bike path, landscape, irrigation, and water main (PIA
Expiration 3/30/22, Letter of Credit)
OLD BUSINESS:
Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building – Public Works is still
waiting on waiver of SID to be recorded. This will be on the agenda next week.
World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; addition to existing gym – Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Junegrass Place- 1079 N Meridian; multi-family development (138 units and community building) –
Four of the buildings are bigger than allowed, Rick is working with developer to make the required
changes. Chad is working with landscape architect on landscape screening, etc. Rachel is waiting in
response to comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Keller Williams- 162 Timberwolf Pkwy; new office building – Departments are still reviewing, nothing
new. This will be on the agenda next week.
The Silos Ph 2- 63 8th Ave WN; Building D (24-unit multi-family) and Building G (amenity building) –
Drive aisle changed from 26’ to 24’. Developer is still working with parks & rec on some landscaping
issues as well as Public Works on some water and stormwater issues. This will be on the agenda next
week.
First Interstate Bank- 2 S Main St; new drive thru teller lanes and ATM – Rachel spoke with Adam, and
he wants to proceed with just one permit. Public works doesn’t have much feedback at this point beside
potential stormwater improvements that, while not triggered with this permit, could allow future onsite
work to occur more easily. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
SD#5 Transportation and Maintenance Facility- 120 School Station Ct; School bus storage and
maintenance – building plans received this week, some departments are just starting to look at it. Keith
noted after looking at it briefly that there is no curbing around their parking lot. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Montana Dental Works – 3 Sunset Plaza; addition – newly submitted project, departments have not had
a chance to really review. Rachel has briefly reviewed setbacks and parking. Sounds like there will be no
changes to the parking lot. This will be on the agenda next week.
