AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 19A, KALISPELL CITY CODE, (ORDINANCE
NO. 793), AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
That Chapter 19A,
Kalispell City Code, (Or.dinance
No. 79 ) is
hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION II.
This Ordinance
shall become effective thirty
30) days from and after its
passage by the City Council and
approval by
the Mayor.
