AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, KALISPELL CITY CODE, BY REPEALING
SECTION 5-2 AND SECTION 5-4.1, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTTVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Chapter 5, §5-2, Kalispell City Code is
hereby repealed.
SECTION II. That Chapter 5, §5-4.1, Kalispell City Code is
hereby repealed.
SECTION III. All parts and portions of Chapter 5 not hereby
amended remain the same.
SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 6th DAY
OF JULY 1987.
