EAST FROM MAIN STREET TO FIRST ALLEY LAST, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ,NSTALLAT 0i�
OF STGNS IN THE AFFECTED AREA, AND TO PROVTDE AN EFFECTTVE DATE.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. Section 17-54 of the Kalispell City Code is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
No motor vehicle shall be parked continuously
at any one place for more than thirty minutes
between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M/at
the following location:
e) On the South side of First Street
East from Main Street to First Alley East.
SECTION II. All other portions of Section 17-54, Kalispell
City Code, shall remain unchanged.
SECTION III. The Chief of Police shall immediately, upon
the effective date of this Ordinance, cause to be installed
appropriate and adequate signs to indicate thirty (30) minute
parking in the stalls herein described.
SECTION IV. This Ordinance is eff6ctive thirty (30) days
ollowing final passage by the Council and approval by the
Mayor.
