This is a Change.org petition with 112 digital signatures opposing the Spring Creek Park zone change and
development. People all over the valley are very unhappy about this type of zone change, when the area is surrounded
on all for sides with single family homes and farms. Traffic is already horrendous and infrastructure is not in place. This
is not responsible planning and absolutely not aligned with neighboring properties. This needs to stay zoned as single
family housing. Please do the right thing and deny this zone change.

The Kalispell Planning Board just relcomimended approval of a
massive hing development called Spring Crk Park, located
bet ern Two M:ile Dirive and Three Mile Drive next to West Spring
Creek Road.
Once again, this area is not urban and is miles from any shopping or
other services.
Additionall y, within the zoning regulations, section 28.1 .3. lists the
pUrposes of the regulations, among them is No:. 8-. "'The avoidance or
minim�zafion of congestion."
From the P'lanning Boarlosite, I quote their statement of
PUrpose- "To improve the present health, safety, �convenience�, and
welfare of Kalispell citizens, and tea plan for the future development of
the community to the end:
The adjoining horneowners will be ling ait what will amount to a 45-
foot-tall wall Of 2p2rtments. The city of Kalispell is not treating
homeowners right. And I do not know how this random zone changie
can possibly be legal., What is the point of zoning if it can be ch2nged
