AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17-54, KALISPELL CITY CODE, TO PROHIBIT
VEHICLE PARKING WITHIN SIXTY (60) FEET OF THE CROSSWALK ON THE EAST
AND GUEST SIDE OF SECOND STREET EAST AT THE INTERSECTION OF SECOND
STREET EAST AND FOURTH AVENUE EAST, AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION I. Section 17-54(c) of the Kalispell City code is hereby
amended so that it reads as follows:
c) On Second Street as follows:
1) On the north side between Second Alley East and
Second Avenue East, on school days between the hours of
9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
Z) On the south side betweeen Fifth Avenue East and
Woodland Avenue at any time.
3) On the South side, within sixty (60) feet (on
either side) of the crosswalk, at the intersection of Second
Street East and Fourth Avenue East.
SECTION II. All other portions of Section 17-54, Kalispell City Code,
shall remain unchanged.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(30) days from and after its final passage by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
